With the sixth and final season of ‘Jersey Shore’ underway, fans got a chance to see an early look at a changed Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino last night (October 4).

The MTV reality star was best-known for his numerous arguments with his housemates, especially with Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi in season five.

But with his rehab stint to kick an addiction to prescription painkillers back in March, “The Situation” hopes to repair damaged relationships.

Sorrentino, 30, explained, “Ever since I’ve been out, I’m not gonna lie … it’s not easy. But at the same time, where I’m at right now, I’m at a good place. But it took a little bit to get there. In the beginning? A lot of rainy days, so to speak. A lot of rainy days.”

“I wasn’t a little nervous, but I definitely was a little anxious. I mean, I didn’t know how everybody was going to react to me, but I was hoping for the best though,” he added.

Showing each other some love, Jenni “JWoww” Farley was spotted locking lips with her beau Roger Matthews outside of a local gym in New Jersey.

In between their affectionate kisses, the 26-year-old spent time in the gym before getting a manicure. Earlier in the afternoon, the “Jersey Shoe” star tweeted, “lol “@RogerMathewsNJ: @JENNIWOWW It’s a beautiful day in my neighborhood, would you be mine ? Could you be mine ? – Mr. Rogers”

In related news, the show that made Jenni famous is coming to an end after its sixth and final season.

In a statement to Entertainment Weekly, executive VP of programming, Chris Linn, says, “We’ve always said we’d do the show for as long as it made sense. We noticed what was going on in their lives, with Nicole (Snooki) having her baby, the relationships, etc. it felt like the right time to bring it to a close and end on a high note.”

In her defense, I’m sober and it even took me an hour to realize she’s not hugging Snooki. Not having herself the best of days, Deena Nicole Cortese of ‘Jersey Shore’ fame was arrested in Seaside Heights, NJ on Sunday (June 10).

The MTV reality star caught police’s attention after being spotted dancing around the streets and standing atop pool tables – with her continued actions finally prodding police to slap on the cuffs.

After being booked for disorderly conduct, Miss Cortese was later seen leaving jail with her parents as cameras captured all of the drama.

Among Miss Cortese’s other alleged doings during her drunken episode included the slapping of cars, which occurred as she was being hauled away by legal officers.

Continuing to work on her spinoff show, Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi was spotted out and about in New Jersey on Wednesday night (March 7).

The newly pregnant and engaged reality star looked like her usual fun-loving self in cheetah print leggings, a tiger print headband and black platform wedge knee high boots.

The Jersey outing comes just as the self-proclaimed meatball covers the latest issue of Us Weekly, in which she opens up about the moment she found out she was pregnant.

Of the life-changing occurrence, Snooki revealed the news came right after New Year’s and her first thought was, “S**t I have been drinking! I was worried it was New Years Eve and we were in Vegas, so I did go crazy.”

It looks as if those worried thoughts are long gone now, as the 24-year-old took to her Twitter page earlier today while excited to tell her fans the news, tweeting, “Happy to finally share the news with my fans “@usweekly: It’s TRUE! Our girl @snooki has a mini meatball in the oven! http://bit.ly/zm4CcG.”
