OMG WAIT THIS IS PERFECT. *Takes deep breath*
Theater nerds and How I Met Your Mother fans: Unite!
On an episode of Inside The Actor's Studio on Friday with the cast of How I Met Your Mother, a student challenged Neil Patrick Harris and Jason Segel to sing “The Confrontation” from Les Misérables, referencing a video of the pair singing the song in 2006. And they absolutely nail it.
Too bad we can't go back to 2011 and cast these two in the Les Misérables movie.
For any true Les Mis fans who know the 10th Anniversary Concert is the musical at its best, compare Neil Patrick Harris and Jason Segel's rendition to this mastery. It's pretty clear that Jason Segel was influenced by Colm Wilkinson's famous portrayal of Jean Valjean.
This is the video of the two singing “The Confrontation” in 2006; you can tell they've been practicing since then. Good work, boys.
The “Skyfall” star wore a sleeveless, yellow fringed dress that evoked memories of 1920s flappers while the “Dark Knight” actor donned a classic black tux.
During the ceremony, Gary was given the Dilys Powell award for excellence in film, with John Hurt serving as presenter.
Another big winner that night was “12 Years a Slave,” which nabbed best film and its stars Chiwetel Ejiofor and Lupita Nyong’o earned acting and supporting acting prizes, respectively.
I’m sure you have a cute family, but this one is just the CUTEST.

Everything about this family is adorable.
This year, NPH and family went as Tweedledee, Tweedledum, The White Rabbit and Alice In Wonderland.
NPH uploaded the pic to Instagram with the caption: “Our costumes for the Halloween carnival at the kids' preschool yesterday. But 10/31 will be frighteningly different..! @DavidBurtka came up with both themes/costumes. He's amazing.”
They were equally adorable last year as the characters of The Wizard Of Oz…
And the year before that as the characters of Peter Pan…
After rocking a few poses for lensman Mariano Vivanco’s sultry spread, the “How We Do” songstress dished about her crazy busy lifestyle and her relationship with Calvin Harris.
Check out GossipCenter’s recap of Miss Ora’s interview below. For more be sure to visit British GQ!
On her beau Calvin:
“It’s early. I’m not in love. But I’m definitely falling.”
On living on the road:
“You always have to sacrifice something when you want to achieve something. Of course, I get lonely and I get sad, but I made a decision to do this… I’m in an amazing position to change my life and change my family’s life.”
On returning to her hometown for the “Shine Ya Light” video shoot:
“The whole country was outside. I got off the plane, it was like millions of heads. I couldn’t see the floor. I’m not even exaggerating. It was the most surreal-est experience I’ve ever felt. It was more than a music video. [It] was a moment in our history as Kosovo, it was a moment for people to see us: how we live, our landscape. It was my duty to do my video here.”
On the importance of social media:
“We control what we let out in the media. Social media is so influential now. I feel like I’m lucky to be in this position now, in this time. Because there’s nobody else to blame if it all goes t*** up.”
We LUV celebs who love Disney!
And Neil Patrick Harris is most definitely one of them.
The How I Met Your Mother actor is living in a fairytale as he enjoys a magical trip to Disney World all thanks to his hunny!
And he certainly had a dream come true as he tweeted …
They are just so cute I can't even take it.
Paying a visit to “The Late Show with David Letterman,” Neil Patrick Harris confessed his recent interview with Oprah Winfrey was a bit nerve-wracking.
The “How I Met Your Mother” star admitted that having the Queen of all Media over to his house for her “Oprah’s Next Chapter” program made him apprehensive.
Harris noted that he and his partner David Burtka panicked “because we don’t have a gigantic mansion like someone like Julia Roberts has … we have a house!”
“We’re not ones to invite the media into our private lives, but Oprah couldn’t have been lovelier!” Neil added. “She came over and did an interview for a good five hours.”
Harris also mentioned that the security detail for Winfrey’s visit was more elaborate than that of former President Bill Clinton and current President Barack Obama during a recent fundraising event.
