Upon discovering that the 2010 angel-with-guns film Legion was not, in fact, a SyFy Original Series, SyFy has started work on correcting that for their 2014 schedule.
The network today reportedly ordered a pilot for Dominion, a supernatural action series to be based on the last known whereabouts of Paul Bettany.
Scott Stewart wrote and directed the Legion film, which saw stretchy-faced possessed people and angels waging war on humanity to stop the birth of a new savior, because at this point God was over it. Bettany played the archangel Michael, fallen to Earth to defend mankind, with a bunch of guns. Bettany is not expected to return, but Stewart will executive produce and direct the pilot, as He too is a cruel and wrathful creator.
With a unique combination of live Beyoncé performances, found Beyoncé footage, and talking Beyoncé heads, director Beyoncé takes a serious look at the close subject of being Beyoncé in Life Is But a Dream, a feature-length Beyoncé documentary heading to HBO next month. Here’s the trailer, in which Beyoncé reveals her ambitions, her fears, her baby bump, but nothing about what it was like to work with Steve Martin and Jean Reno on The Pink Panther. Some things must remain private.

Drawing an end to what was quite the weekend, Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart were spotted trekking through the crowds at the 2012 Coachella Valeey Music & Arts Festival in Indio, California on Sunday night (April 22).
Joined by a few friends, the “Breaking Dawn” co-stars were side-by-side at the Empire Polo Club venue, but quickly split apart from one another upon a paparazzo’s arrival.
As for Coachellla’s second weekend closing lineup, Rob and Kristen were treated to performances by acts including Florence + the Machine, The Hives, At The Drive-In and a night-capping effort by Dr. Dre & Snoop Dogg.
Having been situated at the annual outdoor celebration for the past few days, Pattinson and Stewart reportedly had quite the romantic moment on Saturday night.
Of the scene, a source told Celebuzz, ”They were kissing and holding hands during Radiohead, swaying and singing along to parts [of the songs.].”

Having long ago shrugged off any snobbish pretense through screenings of Attack of the Clones, The League of Extraordinary Gentlemen, and Spider-Man 3, the Tribeca Film Festival will once again conclude its events with some crowd-pleasing CGI spectacle. According to the official festival release, the 11th annual event will be closed by Marvel’s The Avengers.
“Showing at Tribeca is both an honor and a double homecoming for me, who grew up in Manhattan, and for the movie, which wrapped production there,” said director Joss Whedon, conveniently leaving out how most of the New York scenes were actually shot in Cleveland, Ohio. “I’m thoroughly psyched to be closing the festival with our intimate little think-piece.”
“Marvel’s The Avengers is an exciting ride that absolutely transports audiences,” said Tribeca co-founder Jane Rosenthal. “It is the perfect way to end our 11th Festival.”
Hulk will mark the festival’s close by symbolically tearing the shit out of a building on April 28.
