Question by Cade: How do I know if a celebrity trademarked their likeness?
I want to make celebrity tee shirts really badly! I asked if I would need paperwork and a license and they said I probably would. But what if they didn’t trademark their likeness? How do I know? How do I get their permission to make tee shirts and sell them if they didn’t trademark their likeness? PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!
