It’s an exciting time in Marla Sokoloff’s life as she gave birth to her baby girl this past Wednesday (February 8).

The “Chateau Meroux” starlet named her bundle of joy Elliotte Anne, and husband Alec Puro is an uber-proud papa.

Gushing over her 7-pound baby, Marla told press, “Mom, dad and baby are happy as can be and completely in love with each other.”

Prior to giving birth, Sokoloff blogged, “Yes, there were weeks that seemed endless and yes, I’m currently complaining about my feet swelling up like balloons and the general discomfort that comes with the end of pregnancy — but all in all the journey has been one that I will never forget.”

In honor of her upcoming bundle of joy, family and friends of Hilary Duff threw an elegant baby shower in Los Angeles, CA over the weekend.

Of the joyous occasion, the “War, Inc” actress tweeted on Sunday (February 5), “What an amazing day! This baby is spoiled already! And this mama is wiped out!”

Duff, who is having a baby boy with her pro hockey player hubby Mike Comrie, continued, “So grateful for all my friends and family that love and support me through all these huge milestones in my life! Such special memories today!”

Meanwhile, Hil’s sister, Haylie, also took to Twitter and posted a picture of herself with her mother-to-be sibling and a too-cute bib for her nephew which read, “My aunt is hot and single!”

It’s quite the exciting time in her young life, as Kristin Cavallari has announced that she’s pregnant with her first child!

The former “Hills” reality star – who was spotted out shopping at Erewhon Natural Food Market in West Hollywood on Saturday (January 21) – broke the news to People magazine, telling that she and her Chicago Bears quarterback fiance Jay Cutler are “thrilled” over their baby-on-the-way.

In a joint statement, Kristin, 25, and Jay, 28, told, “We are thrilled to announce we are expecting our first child together. It’s an amazing time in our life and we can’t wait to meet the new addition to our growing family.”

The pregnancy comes after Cavallari and Cutler got re-engaged in November 2011, with the duo previously announcing wedding plans in April only to call things off a few months later in July.
