What secrets were Mister Rogers hiding in his cardigan-filled closet? Get ready to find out it’s probably just more cardigans with A Beautiful Day In The Neighborhood, a biopic on the children’s show host that reportedly just sold on spec to Treehouse Pictures. Details of the film’s scope and story aren’t yet revealed, and to look at Rogers’ Wikipedia page, it’s not all that easy to make-believe what the interesting angle will be. Rogers lived a healthy Presbyterian life of exercise and vegetarianism, abstaining from drugs, tobacco, alcohol, and hookers, so there’s not a clear dramatic arc beyond everyone loving Mister Rogers. But since the script comes from Alexis Jolly, an Ellen staff writer, you can count on it nailing the voice of “friendly person talking directly at an afternoon audience.” Maybe with some early-years stuff where Rogers’ mom obsesses over wearing “indoor sneakers,” then a big climax where his famous appearance before Congress has more impassioned shouting and swelling music?

Gearing up excitement for another lusty blood fest, HBO released a teaser trailer for the sixth season of “True Blood” over the weekend.

The super successful series starring Anna Paquin, Stephen Moyer and Alexander Skarsgard comes back to the airwaves on June 16.

The first teaser for the new season is a ravenous mess with spooky sound effects and talks of the human-vampire war.

“True Blood” fans can expect to see their old favorites along with a few newcomers including “Friday Night Lights” actress Jurnee Smollett-Bell and “Bladerunner” star Rutger Hauer.

Heading home after a mommy-daughter trip to the City of Lights, Jessica Alba and Honor touched down at LAX airport in Los Angeles on Wednesday (March 6).

The “Sin City” star looked lovely in a black coat, light scarf, and skinny jeans, while her equally stylin’ 4-year-old wore a white blouse, plaid skirt, and black tights.

Earlier, the 31-year-old actress shared photos of her front row seat at the Valentino show on Tuesday.

Posting a video of the runway models, as well as one of her favorite looks from the show, Jessica commented, “The @Valentino show was exquisite #pfw.”
