Well….vongo does allow downloaded title, and Netflix has a few titles that stream -but- neither allows streaming for new releases.

So..my friend, you might be on to something new and different here. And as such, I’d register a domain name, “hook up” with a good established host site and do it virtually on your own.

I am, of course assuming you’re 9.99 is a monthly fee, as opposed to a single view movie. I don’t think the market would respond well to a 9.99 per-view charge.
